Refund Policy
Brandmarks Australia Pty Ltd offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque to the value of the refund. Please note Brandmarks Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details
Brandmarks Australia Pty Ltd will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 21 days.
